Celebrating inclusion collection (5 peg dolls)
Celebrating inclusion collection (5 peg dolls)
This hand-painted collection features:
- A child in a wheelchair
- A visually impaired child with glasses and a cane
- A neurodiverse child with head phones
- A child with hidden disabilities wearing the sunflower badge
- A hearing impaired child with a hearing aid
These are perfect, simple inclusive toy to introduce children to our multicultural world. These diverse toys are great for prompting educational conversations about ourselves, our families, friends and people in our communities.
Each little character, made of solid beech wood, stands at 7cm tall and is decorated with completely child-safe, non-toxic paints and sealants; in fact, all components of each peg doll are UKCA tested to keep any little ones as safe as possible. This means that each figure is safe for anyone over the age of 12 months, although please be aware that they are not designed to be teething toys as they are better suited for growing imaginations rather than growing gnashers. To clean them, simply wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
As each figure is lovingly hand-painted by me, there may be slight variations from the original that you see on screen but do not fret, this simply adds to their charm and individual character.
